About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Hyderabad office in Erragadda. This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. The intern will support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social platforms
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Help maintain and update HR records and employee databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Support performance tracking and feedback mechanisms
Manage basic HR administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
