Role Description

About the Role:
SkillDoze is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with colleges and schools, promote our job-oriented training programs, and close institutional sales.

This is a purely performance-based role, ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach colleges, universities, and schools to pitch SkillDoze programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, TPOs)
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, webinars, or presentations
  • Negotiate deals and close B2B sales
  • Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding of partner institutions
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, educational sales, or institutional outreach is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Willingness to travel locally (if required)
  • Ability to work independently under a performance-based model
