📌 SECTION 1: BASIC PERSONAL INFORMATION – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To uniquely identify and contact the intern throughout the internship period.
- The information collected (name, contact details, address) will be used only for official communication, identity verification, and HR purposes.
- It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date during the internship.
- False or incomplete information may result in termination of the internship.
📌 SECTION 2: GOVERNMENT ID DETAILS – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To verify identity and ensure legal compliance for stipend payments and background checks.
- Your Aadhaar and PAN card details are collected only for compliance, statutory documentation, and financial processing.
- PAN is mandatory for receiving stipends to comply with Indian tax laws (TDS regulations).
- Documents uploaded must be valid, legible, and belong to the applicant. Misuse or fraudulent documentation will be subject to legal action.
📌 SECTION 3: ACADEMIC BACKGROUND – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To validate eligibility for the internship and assign relevant roles or projects.
- Information regarding your qualification, college, and current academic status is collected to assess your suitability for the internship.
- Falsifying education data can lead to immediate disqualification or removal from the program.
- Submitted academic documents may be verified directly with the institution, if needed.
📌 SECTION 4: EMERGENCY CONTACT – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: For safety and security in case of emergencies during the internship.
- Emergency contact details will only be used in case of health, security, or any critical situation involving the intern.
- It is your responsibility to inform your emergency contact about your internship and their role in this regard.
📌 SECTION 5: BANK DETAILS – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: For stipend payments, reimbursements, or performance-based rewards.
- Bank details must belong to the intern directly. Payments will not be made to third-party accounts.
- The information is securely stored and only accessible to the finance and HR departments.
- Providing incorrect banking information may lead to delayed or failed transactions, which will not be the organization’s responsibility.
📌 SECTION 6: INTERNSHIP DETAILS – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To formalize your internship engagement and assign responsibilities.
- The details you fill here (duration, working days, role) form part of your internship agreement.
- Any change in availability or internship duration must be communicated in writing and approved.
- Interns are expected to fulfill the hours and duties mentioned unless officially excused.
📌 SECTION 7: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To allocate tasks, assign mentors, and tailor learning goals.
- Skills and past experience provided must be genuine and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Submitted resumes or links may be reviewed and used internally for team allocation or performance tracking.
- Misrepresenting skills may result in reassignment or disciplinary action.
📌 SECTION 8: HR & COMPLIANCE – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To ensure professional conduct, legal protection, and clarity of terms.
- You agree to abide by the organization’s code of conduct, communication guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
- Signing of NDA and internship agreement is mandatory for access to confidential data, tools, or company assets.
- Any violation of these agreements may result in termination of the internship and possible legal consequences.
📌 SECTION 9: DEVICE & INTERNET AVAILABILITY – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: To ensure readiness for remote or hybrid work.
- Interns working remotely must ensure availability of a working laptop/PC and stable internet during working hours.
- Lack of access may impact your participation, deadlines, and eligibility for evaluation or stipend.
- The organization is not liable for personal device issues or network failures on the intern’s side.
📌 SECTION 10: DECLARATION – Terms & Conditions
Purpose: Legal affirmation of the truth and accuracy of submitted information.
- By submitting the form, you declare that all information shared is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You agree to allow the organization to store and process your data as per applicable data protection laws (including the Indian IT Act, 2000).
- Any misrepresentation may result in disciplinary action or disqualification.
